- How do I book an appointment?
- To book an appointment, contact us via our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), WhatsApp, or email, providing a description of your tattoo idea along with reference images. Our team will promptly provide an estimate or suggest a free consultation for further discussion. Upon receiving the estimate, you can secure your preferred appointment date, subject to availability.
- Why is it important to book a consultation?
- In a consultation, our artists assess your tattoo idea, considering factors like skin tone, texture, and placement. We discuss how the tattoo may age and provide an accurate quotation. This ensures alignment between your expectations and our expertise.
- How should I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
- To prepare for your tattoo appointment, it's important to get a good night's sleep and have a nourishing meal beforehand. For longer sessions, we advise bringing along snacks and drinks to keep your energy levels up and ensure you're comfortable throughout the process. We strongly advise avoiding alcohol and excessive caffeine intake prior to your appointment.
- Are walk-in appointments available?
- We exclusively operate on an appointment basis. This approach allows us to thoroughly understand each client's concept, develop a design, and ensure ample time for perfection to their satisfaction.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- While we don't have a strict cancellation policy, we kindly request clients to provide at least a day's notice for cancellations. Delays should be communicated at least 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. In the event of a no-show exceeding one hour past the appointment time, we reserve the right to accommodate someone from our waitlist.
- Do you have a minimum age requirement for tattoos?
- Our minimum age for tattoos is 18 years old. For individuals under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the entire tattooing or piercing process.
- What safety precautions do you take during the tattooing process?
- We prioritize safety and hygiene by adhering to the latest OSHA standards. Our team is fully trained in hygiene practices. We use disposable materials for each tattoo and piercing, and we set up a new station in front of each client.
